One of the most compelling reads a Mole fan could ever engage in, Reflections of the Mole walks you step-by-step through not only Bill McDaniel’s time on The Mole II, but his life experiences which lead him to be so successful. Reading the book is like going back in time as he vividly reenacts each activity, both on and off camera, with an insider’s view any Mole fan will appreciate. I honestly now feel as if I had been on the show myself.
That being said, if you are watching the latest Mole season (call it 5, call it 2008, it pales in comparison to II) this is the handbook that you need to figure out who The Mole is! You learn about what little producer interaction he had, what few instructions he received, and his varying plans on making himself both seem molish and innocent. Using this knowledge I’m pretty sure I know who The Mole is this season - and you can too.
(I’d also like to mention I am getting NO commission from linking to his book, I just happened to finish it today and felt it was my duty to all Mole fans to make sure they know about the book and read it! I haven’t enjoyed a book this much in a long, long time. Plus Bill is a really cool guy
